Team Members will need to ensure that email addresses are always obtained to help minimize this risk. However, if Collabria/Apple don’t have enough information, you will receive a message prompting them to validate their card one of two ways: tap on the option to call cardholder support or tap on the phone to receive a 6-digit code via email, if the Member has an email on file with Collabria.
