Terms & Conditions
Copperfin Credit Union’s 2024 Mortgage Campaign Special Offer (the “Offer”) is available to all eligible mortgages at Copperfin. “Eligible” mortgages are residential purchased, switched from another financial institution, or refinanced mortgage applications that have been initiated and submitted between March 4, 2024 to June 30, 2024, that meet all the terms and conditions below.
- Eligible refinanced mortgages with an additional $150,000 (excluding existing Copperfin debt) or greater added to the principal amount will receive $500 towards fees.
- Eligible mortgages (purchase or switched) with a principal amount of $100,000 up to $349,999 will receive $250 in cash back and $500 towards fees.
- Eligible mortgages (purchase or switched) with a principal amount of $350,000 or greater will receive $250 in cash back and $750 towards fees.
The Offer will be given with the following conditions:
- A Member opens a new residential, switches, or refinances a mortgage with Copperfin.
- Minimum mortgage of $100,000.
- Refinanced mortgage or Home equity line of credit (HELOC) at a minimum of $150,000 added to the principal amount.
- To receive funds, you must have a Copperfin chequing account.
- The mortgage application must be started during the Offer period and fully funded by September 30, 2024.
- If all qualifications are met, the funds will be deposited within 45 days of your mortgage closing date. The Offer must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable or assignable. No substitutions will be permitted.
- The offer excludes bridge financing.
Other Conditions
- Qualifying Members with a joint mortgage are eligible for one Offer per mortgage application.
- This Offer cannot be combined with any other offers.
- Other terms and conditions may apply.
- Must be a resident of Canada.
- Offer may be withdrawn or changed without notice, at any time, for any reason.
