Interac e-Transfer® Service Disruption
From May 10-18, all Interac e-Transfer® services will be unavailable while we complete out banking system integration.
Pending outgoing e-Transfer® funds will automatically be deposited back into the sender's account by Wednesday, May 13.

Online & Mobile App Service Disruption
During our banking system integration from Friday, May 15 at 5:00 pm EST until the evening of Monday, May 18, online and mobile banking will be unavailable. This includes access to account balances, transaction history, Interac e-Transfers, and online bill payments.
Effective May 19, you will log in to Northern Credit Union's online and mobile app banking platforms. Bookmark northerncu.com and download the Northern Credit Union mobile app to be prepared for the transition.

ATMs and Point-Of-Sale (POS) Transactions
During our banking system integration from Friday, May 15 at 5:00 pm EST until the evening of Monday, May 18, you may experience temporary disruptions when performing ATM and point-of-sale (POS) transactions.
To minimize disruptions, have an alternative method of payment available like cash or a credit card.
