  • Withdrawals can be made ding free less than a km away at Mac’s on the corner of Arthur and Franklin
  • Deposits can be made on your smart phone using our Mobile App
  • Payments and transfers can be made on our Mobile App or through Online Banking

Each branch will be closed for a short period of time to allow for renovations to be completed faster. At least 2 branches will be open regular hours throughout renovations.

Mobile and online services, including transfers, payments and even cheque deposits, are always available to you. Learn more about mobile and online banking.

Changes To Mobile/Online Banking For Arundel (Current River) Members

Going forward all members logging onto our Mobile App and in Online Banking will be automatically be switched over from ‘Thunder Bay- Arundel’ to ‘Thunder Bay- Harbour (Formerly Arundel)’ to align with our new branch network.

Algoma Branch Hours Change

To be consistent with the Harbour branch hours Algoma will also be open Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 5pm.

Other financial institutions are closing branches, why did you open another one?

With technology advancing at an incredible pace, the mobile and online financial services available have never been greater. As such, closing branches is an easy way to increase profit.

While “profit” isn’t a scary word for us (it allows us to pay member dividends and give back more to our community), we remain focused on our members’ experience, and that starts with convenience.

Having full service branches in both Fort William and Port Arthur, and one centrally located, allows you to decide where and when you visit us.
