Thunder Bay Harbour Branch

Drop by for a revolutionary in-branch experience and see what the hype is about.

We’re open Monday to Friday from 9:30am – 5:00pm.

While you’re here you can enjoy some of our many perks:

Indulge in a variety of complimentary locally-roasted coffee from our members St. Paul Roastery and Rose N’ Crantz.

Conversation Pods provide a private space for you to have in-depth, personal conversations regardless of whether it’s a routine transaction or you’re opening your first account. The more we chat, the easier we can provide solutions in your best interest, not ours.

Kids Zone is a great interactive area for your children to engage in educational games, giving you peace of mind while moving your financial life forward.

…Oh and keeping the convenience of our members top of mind, our new location also has a 24/7 drive-thru ATM which increases the total ATMs you can use without surcharges in Thunder Bay to 29. Visit Ding Free to find the closest one to you!

Syndicate Branch Closes For Renovations

  • Withdrawals can be made ding free less than a km away at the Mac’s on the corner of Arthur and Franklin
  • Deposits can be made on your smart phone using our Mobile App
  • Payments and transfers can be made on our Mobile App or through Online Banking

Mobile and online services, including transfers, payments and even cheque deposits, are always available to you. Learn more about mobile and online banking.
